IMPACT Announcements

We are now in our 7th month of IMPACT Implementation. Things are moving quickly as we are currently training our 7th county of the year. Plans for 2012 will include implementation of 19 more counties. By the end of 2012, we will have 33 counties LIVE with IMPACT.

 

The end of January 2012 marked the end of using Tyler, IMPACT’s parent company, to train our counties. Our area offices are now conducting all IMPACT training. The sessions are very hands on and include a mixture of lecture and practice sessions. The counties have been very receptive to the new system.
