Fiscal Services provides the accounting and budgeting needs of the office and responsible for:

Fiscal Services adheres to the Department of Finance and Administration, Division of Accounts, accounting policies and Department of General Services, Division of Purchasing, procurement procedures.

The Department of Finance and Administration, Division of Budget, provides guidance for budget preparation.
Each fiscal year Comptroller division budgets are consolidated and presented to the Division of Budget. Additionally, budget hearings are conducted with the House and Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committees.
