Paper Map Products
Utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology and the U.S. Census
Bureau’s TIGER files, our office has the ability to produce various paper map
products. Using census block boundaries as our base map, we can produce thematic
maps displaying county commission districts and voting precincts at a variety of
sizes and scales. For general use, we plot individual precinct and district maps
on Tabloid size (11" x 17") paper. For more detailed purposes, we plot
(42" x 56") maps showing county-wide or inset areas. Along with district and
precinct boundaries, these maps may also include census block boundaries, block
population counts, roads, streams, and other feature symbology and text. At no
additional cost, we can include other thematic layers for counties split by the
state representative or U.S. congressional districts. To see a sample of our
standard paper map product, click here.
